Invitation to the

41st Annual General Meeting of Castle Bromwich Hall and Gardens Trust

Saturday 27th June 2026, 5pm at the

Gardens (under the tent)

Further to the notice sent on 24th May 2026, here are further papers in readiness for the Gardens Trust’s 41st Annual General Meeting.

As fully paid up Pass holders, who have also opted in to be voting members of the Charity/Company Limited by Guarantee, you are invited to attend the meeting.

Please find attached the Agenda, including resolutions proposed by the Trustees, which will be voted on by you, the Membership, at the meeting.

After the main business of the meeting thee will be a chance for questions and discussion.
Chair of Trustees, Bethan Collerton and members of staff will brief Members on the about the year just gone and the projects and changes for the year(s) to come.
41st year of the Trust, is not a special anniversary but nevertheless, as is our tradition,…there will be cake!

Ellie Lovell

Ellie has deep family and childhood connections to Castle Bromwich and still lives close by. With a long history in marketing and communications in the education and non-profit sector she also has experience in strategic oversight and change. Coupled with knowledge and love of the outdoors she hopes to bring her collaborative and solutions focussed approach to support the Trust’s governing Board.

Mike Ruff

Mike is an HR specialist with high level and varied operational experience across a number of local companies. Most recently he has been part of the Solihull based Family Care Trust, basing himself at their Care Farm at Catherine de Barnes. Joining our Trust at a time of change and forward development, his experience will support new management structures and policy environments that the Trust is entering.
