Welcome to our new site

The all new castlebromwichhallgardens.org.uk website!

We’re still under construction, but hope you like the new look. New technologies means we can make our website  much more visual and easily viewable on PCs as well as phones and tablets. We are of course the same Gardens with the same wonderful plants, vistas and activities.

Our previous website, which you can still find for a while here: www.cbhgt.org.uk has served us extremely well for many years and we are grateful for all the hard work by volunteers that went into it.  We still rely on volunteers of course… hint hint ..if anyone wants to help writing posts, uploading events and taking pictures etc…

All our events are currently being added to the What’s On calendar, information about what we do,  our history, how you can help and how to find us should all be coming soon. Potential volunteers, email newsletter signups and memberships will be able to be done online.

Podnosh_Logo_largeWe have been enormously helped in setting up this new site by Steph and Nick from Podnosh – our favourite social media people – who have lived up to their strapline “Helping yoenglish_compact_cmyku use social and digital media to create civic good.

And without the support of the Heritage Lottery Fund we would not have been able to embark on our current programme of change and expansion.

Thanks to all and hope you enjoy the site – please get in touch if you have any queries, comments or suggestions. Scroll down to see how you can make a comment.

PS Every time you share a post, you are helping more people get to know about us. That will positively help the Gardens to survive and thrive… Thank you

Play PokemonGo in Castle Bromwich?

Are you an aspiring Pokemon Trainer?

Did you know that in and around the grounds of Castle Bromwich Hall Gardens we have multiple Pokestops and a Gym for you to visit? Because we have!

Even better, with free Wi-Fi and power sockets in our cafe you can hunt capture and train your Pokemon in comfort while grabbing a snack to keep you going.

You could even come and  enjoy the gardens too, for a small fee.

We’ve even heard a rumour there’s a Polywag or two about, so what are you waiting for?
