Meditation & Relaxation
Join Faye for a session of Meditation and Relaxation in the beautiful grounds of Castle Bromwich Hall Gardens. Leave all of the cares and troubles of the week behind you and prepare to start the weekend fully relaxed. This session incorporates meditation and mindfulness techniques, breathwork and gentle yoga.

Wild Wellness
Join Faye for a morning of Wild Wellness.
Start with a session of Meditation and Relaxation, then Forest Bathing (Shinrin Yoku), the Japanese practice of engaging in a forest/natural setting through all of our senses by responding to invitations that the forest presents. Receiving all of the physical and mental benefits that nature has to offer Finishing with a herbal tea ceremony before exploring the rest of the gardens for the day.

Willow Weaving
Join Faye for an afternoon of Willow Weaving at the beautiful Castle Bromwich Hall Gardens. Each workshop you will create different willow projects from bird feeders to garden decorations. Yoga in the Gardens
Yogi Claire invites you for some alfresco self-care. A nurturing 90 minute, open air yoga practice will take place under a canopy, with the backdrop of the tranquil gardens surrounding you. Yoga will be followed by your choice of either an indulgent cream tea or croissant breakfast, and the option to explore the gardens at your leisure. This yoga session will be suitable for all levels, with a focus on relaxation and mindfulness. Gentle, flowing hatha and restorative Yin styles of yoga will be fused together, along with meditation and breath work to help you feel balanced, grounded and rejuvenated.
