Creating your dream day
At the Gardens, there is no set ‘package’ so you are free to shape the day your way. Hire for the day costs £2,500 based on a celebration of up to 200 – 250 people.
We work with a range of trusted suppliers and can help you plan the day you envision or leave it up to you.
For overnight stays, preferential room rates possible at the adjoining boutique country house www.castlebromwichhallhotel.co.uk or the grounds are available for glamping/camping too.
We can also offer you the opportunity to provide your own alcohol or the option of running your own licensed bar.

The Gardens are a beautiful and photogenic place all year round.
Garden visitors are welcome to take still pictures for their own personal use any time we are open*. Of course, we’d love it if you share your favourite shots on the usual social media platforms. These hashtags #castlebromwichhallgardens #castlebromwichhistoricgardens will ensure we and our followers see your views.
Wedding/Engagement/Fashion/Professional and commercial photography
We know the Gardens can create special memories for couples and can be a great environment for all kinds of still photography. We are happy to work with couples, users and photographers and students to identify good sites and special access.
Like most charities, heritage sites and museums we charge modest facility fees for commercial and professional usage.
Fees are required for all promotional or commercial photo/video sessions that are not part of a private event taking place at the Garden. This includes engagement photos, wedding/bridal
photos, family portraits, fashion shoots etc that are taking place outside of the contracted time period of any private event rental agreement.
The price is flexible depending on times of access, size and type of use. As a guideline, there is a basic fee of £125 for minimal access on a small shoot. Please talk to us about your requirements.
All fees go are used to directly support the Gardens and our charitable objectives.
* Subject to normal opening hours and fees.
* We expect photography to be legal, decent, safe and honest. If staff are in any doubt about this we reserve the right to request you leave the Gardens immediately.
* Please be sensitive to other people using the Gardens – always politely seek permission directly from people if they are a major feature in any shot.
