Olly’s Text

Forest school is a child centred outdoor learning experience which encourages holistic growth and development in the outdoors for children & adults. Play, controlled risk and nature exploration are key to the process.

· Each session will be 2 hours long and will contain opportunities for families to take part in an array of activities from den building, fire lighting, slacklining, storytelling, free play and much more.

Our Forest school currently runs on Tuesday afternoons and Saturday mornings,
Guided Foraging Walks
We also offer private group bookings for guided Foraging walks, explore the woods & grassland with our instructor and find out about the wide range of wild food at your feet. These walks will cover an introduction to wild edibles, medicinal plants and their history and folklore. Followed by the chance to cook and try some of what we find. These walks offer a great alternative to stag or hen do’s, team building sessions or just a good get together with friends or family.
