DESCRIPTION:Two immersive 90 minute open air yoga experiences to honour and celebrate the summer solstice\, with the backdrop of the tranquil gardens surrounding you.\n \nYogi Claire will lead you in this unique yoga class is suitable for all levels\, with a focus on relaxation and mindfulness.  \nGentle\, flowing sequences and restorative Yin yoga postures will be fused together\, along with meditation\, breath work\, poetry\, seasonal anecdotes and guided relaxation to help you feel balanced\, grounded and rejuvenated. \nWhere exactly in the Gardens we practice is weather dependent. If it is warm and sunny we can practice amongst the trees and flowers. Can you find them all?!   Hop\, skip and jump along the way… Eggs-plore the beautiful Gardens and discover Nature on a self-guided family hunt. \nSolve the trail questions and pop back to the entrance for your Easter eggy treat! \n\nNo need to book\, just turn\nAge: All ages\nCost: Normal entry fees apply for adults\,\nCost : All children over 2yrs old – £4 (includes trail and egg reward for each child.)
