In our Melon Ground\, from 11:30\, our wonderful volunteers will be showing you how to make and decorate your own willow crowns. Ideal for any Merry May event\, they will be the perfect headwear for the day’s happenings. Donations welcome. \nMerry Morris\, the Green Man and the May Monarch\nWhen you’ve had the chance to make your crowns\, Beorma will strike up at 14:00 with their Border dances to entertain you all. Then the Wild Man of the Wood will then introduce the folklore of May and its merry connotations\, before we gather for our Coronation procession onto the Archery Lawn.
